Shana started her first job at a gym in 2003 doing fitness assessments and body composition testing for members.
Since 2005, she has been doing personal training, small group classes, kids fitness, nutrition consulting and more!
Competing in body building and fitness competitions from 2003-2016. This process taught her a great deal about the body, weight training, and nutrition intake.
In 2016 we started Fitucate and have been able to continue doing what we love in our space but also reach lots of people in the community through our kids and corporate wellness programs.

Tony completed an internship at Utah State University in the strength and conditioning department working with Division I athletes from sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, golf, and track. He has training experience with a wide range of clientele from the elderly to professional athletes, providing him a diverse skill-set. He has been working as a coach/personal fitness instructor since 2010.
